Privacy policy

The controller of the data collected on this site is Hugo Sirvent, sole trader trading as Sirventia, the site publisher (see the legal notice).

Data you send us through the contact form:

• the type of request (discovery call, audit, training, other question);
• your full name, your company name and your work email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the tasks you selected and your message.

Technical data:

• the host's logs (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time), used for security and to keep the site running;
• a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, kept for 24 hours to limit abusive form submissions. The site never stores the IP address itself.

The site uses no analytics tool, no advertising and no third-party trackers. It does not collect payment data.

For your convenience, the site keeps in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) the tasks you selected, the content of the form you are filling in and whether you have already seen the intro screen. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us and is erased when you close the tab.

• Answering your request and arranging the call or audit you asked for: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abusive submissions: Sirventia's legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for profiling or automated decision-making. It is not used for marketing without your consent.

Your data is intended for Sirventia only. It passes through technical providers acting on our instructions:

• the site host, Hostinger International Ltd (see the legal notice);
• Google (Google Workspace), which delivers contact requests to Sirventia's mailbox.

It may also be disclosed where required by law or at the request of a competent authority.

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, based in the European Union (Cyprus). Contact requests are received in Sirventia's Google Workspace mailbox, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland).

Google may process some data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted, unless a contractual relationship begins.
• IP address fingerprint (anti-spam): 24 hours.
• Host's technical logs: limited period set by the host.
• Data kept in your browser: until you close the tab.

The site sets a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the chosen language (French or English) for one year. This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to work and does not require your consent. No advertising or analytics cookies are used, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS), requests are validated on the server and access to data is limited to the people who need it. As no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to hugo.sirvent@sirventia.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Sirventia is not responsible for their personal data practices: please read their own policies.
